Apparently, they have a verbal agreement for july 2th (for what a verbal agreement worths)

    Klitschko-Haye agreement
Wladimir says July 2 date is agreed on
    By Alexey “Oscar” Potapov
IBF/WBO/IBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko (55-3, 49 KOs) and WBA heavyweight champion David Haye (25-1, 23 KOs) have reached a preliminary agreement for a unification clash on July 2. The fight will take place in England or Germany. Wladimir spoke Fightnews.com about the news in Kiev, Ukraine during a master-class for talented children participating in the “Sports Ukraine Build Together” program.
“We have never so far not entered into negotiations with the team of Haye. David for several years has connected his name with Klitschko. This is what he gets. He is an excellent promoter, but in the ring you’ll see what kind of fighter he is. The contract is not signed yet, but we already have something important – a preliminary agreement on July 2. By the end of 2011, all the titles in the heavyweight divison will be mine and Vitali’s. The fight will be in Europe. We are both Europeans and I think that there will be more interest in the Klitschko-Haye in Europe than in the U.S.A. We will divide the money fifty-fifty.”
On April 30th, Wladimir Klitschko will defend against Dereck Chisora (14-0, 9 KOs) in Mannheim, Germany at the SAP-Arena.

    It will be in Germany.

Wembley Stadium isn't free July 2nd as there is a Take Take concert on that day. It's obviously going to be in a stadium and will have to be bigger than Stamford Bridge/The New Den.

In the circumstances, could well be.

I heard it may be on July 21st. After fighting Chisora on April 30 and Haye on July 21st, do you think Wlad will be ready for Adamek in september? 3 tough fights in less than 5 months, for a guy who takes 2 fights a year.

It's on July 2nd and Vitali will end up fighting Adamek instead. Adamek is contracted to fight a Klit, not necessarily Wladimir.

Well, i actually hope it happens like that. Vitali vs Adamek is way more interesting and competitive than Wlad vs Adamek. Add Wlad vs Haye to that, and you'll get a pretty good year of heavyweight boxing.

I'm sure that IF David Haye does beat Wladimir, he'll have a clause in the contract that means he has to fight Vitali. That's usually the case with every other fighter.
