Seriously, in order to seal the negotiation, Pac must not scare Floyd. Pacquiao should act like he's already worn down from fighting bigger guys. He must convince Mayweather that now is the perfect time to have the fight.

Yes, I read Jeff saying that they're in talks about taking Floyd to South Africa for Mandela's birthday celebrations, but it didn't mention Pacquiao as an opponent then. I believe he did say they still hoped to fight Manny, or that they were expecting to open talks, something along those lines. Not sure whether someone has just linked the two, but Arum completely dismissed the rumours of talks beginning again
