The fact he fucked up Cotto's face as badly as he has done, and is yet to do the same to anyone else since then, obviously means there is strong suspicion that he had loaded gloves in that fight too.

Margarito HURT Manny bad to the body and Manny even said so after the fight. Plus he fought with much more heart and zest to win than Clottey.

Margarito isn't as hard of one punch knock out artist as Mayorga but he bangs pretty good, usually wears fighters down with pressure and hard punches.
