The Hatton Mayweather fight will always stick with me for his bias towards Floyd in that fight. Ruined my enjoyment of what should have been a far better scrap than it turned out to be.

I havent mate, carnt say i can recall any of the bouts he's reff'ed. Unfortunately when on the works PC, work dont allow access to YouTube, so cannot pass comment on the clips you've put up...you've never seen a Laurence Cole reffed fight have you? You want bad ........Ever see a ref AND his corner man allowed to hold a KO'd fighter up during a round and allow him to recover
Oh and an early bell, forgot about that......the fix was in for Champion.
Watch the whole fight, it gets worse. Isidro rodriquez...he was banned for life.

I always thought that incident was way over blown. Obviously it isn't Cole's place to say that to a fighter. But it's not like it was secret information. Everybody in the building, including Jaca's mom knew Marquez was winning the fight. He was pitching a shut out. Cole was just stating the obvious. Now if the fight was close and there wasn't a clear winner yet than I can understand the backlash. But not here. It was something small turned into something big
