I've read that its safe as long as you take the recommended doseage. I wouldnt want to waste money on the stuff if it hasnt been proven effective though, thats just me. If you have been taking it and it seems to work, then more power to ya.

Ive been taking it every day for about two months and haven't noticed a single difference.
Hi TheChamp, I'm not sure why you would want to take glucosamine everyday? Glucosamine helps to draw and hold fluid in all your joints... it may be benificial if you have sore joints... but I did want to say something, when you take glucosamine because of joint pain it only "masks" your injury or soreness it doesn't heal your joints... but I have recently found out that glucosamine sulfate is better. Not all glucosamine are the same...glucosamine sulfate actually rebuilds damaged cartilage.... but that glucosamine is more expensive...my general rule of thumb when buying glucosamine is to buy the one called glucosamine sulfate and most of the time the glucosamine sulfate is a little more expensive and tends to have better ingredients.
