Please enlighten me. This is obviously something I've missed and have no clue about and could be the thing that makes me change my mind on this whole issue.

I'm just sitting here wearing a monocle and eating the popcorn. Hornfinger is quite right, but Boozeboxer has truly altered the course of the thread through the old fashioned SALT 2 diversion tactic.
