See I don't like to win all my fights by KO. Seems unrealistic to me. Early on I will carry a few guys just to go the distance on my record. But thats me.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
It's not that hard just be totally defensive early on, just throw one punch at a time and be totally defensive moving around the ring, basically fight like Zahir Raheem LOL.
Then for the body shots try and sneak a few in here and there, and try some counter shots to the body. It wasn't that hard i got 75 way before when i was intended too.
The cut section is the same as the 1st part, again one punch at a time moving around the ring being defensive.
Then for the last section when you must KO him, still fight smart but get them combinations going. And try to land as many counter punches as you can, and try to land them big power punches when you can.

Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
question - if i get to the first checkpoint but have already been down 3 times is it more difficult to get up than if you haven't been down at all.
Am currently at checkpoint but finsging it hard to get up when down first tine after that. Thinking of going back to round 1 and trying to get to 3 without going down at all
if it makes a difference that is////![]()

used buttons instead of stick to get past body shot rounds and was easy
did the next two stages at first attempt - kayoed him about 30 secs into 8th round (although on my record it says I did him at 0.07 of Rd 8 ?!?!?)
tough bastard mind

Quick left right jab to his body, block and duck and weave and run then repeat and waist time. Keep doing it
I went back to Champion Mode now that I'm playing on GOAT difficulty (i'm still hot and cold with online tbh) and whats funny is I can actually appreciate Champion Mode for what it is a hell of a lot more now... The scenarios are excellent in terms of making you utilise certain skills and tactics to win. Not just that, but how from 1 fight to another the requirements completely change... Like you've just done great at boxing with your left hand then HAVING to win your next fight by KOing the guy with a right hand... not only that but they get progressively harder, complex and stressful.
I know you all already know this but I guess it was just a little bit lost on me the 1st time as I was still getting to grips with the game, now I'm treating it like a mid career refresher course
