I just bought a new pair of dress shoes....expensive but should last for ages and should look very nice with my new suit.

I think I am going to look into getting a fine hat, perhaps a strawboater or a nice fedora

Eventually I want to get a Brooks Brother's hand crafted suit....I also would like to get a 3 piece suit as well....eventually, but now my focus is on a good top coat

We'll see about that...as soon as I can afford a Brooks Brothers' custom tailored suit I'll post a picture of it he other stuff is nothing terribly special though it seems mighty expensive now. In truth, my most treasured article of clothing is an authentic Smoking Jacket that my Great Uncle had but never wore (as when I found it the price tag was still on it...and it fit me perfectly and my Great Uncle was a lot smaller than me) the cost on the price tage was $30 which was a ton of money back in the day I'm guessing 1930's or 1940's. That along with my Grandfather's cigarette case/lighter has almost made me want to start smoking cigarettes on the regular....I usually will have the occassional cigar, but those times are few and far between.

You will look dapper, (that is cool in English terms)

He is an American, not an idiot.... I am sure he knows what dapper means.

I will avoid the obvious comment about those two things essentially meaning the same thing... ... but if he's a boxing fan that dapper may mean to look like Ian 'Dapper' Napa. Short, black and permanently wearing sunglasses.
