I will avoid the obvious comment about those two things essentially meaning the same thing... ... but if he's a boxing fan that dapper may mean to look like Ian 'Dapper' Napa. Short, black and permanently wearing sunglasses.

    That is what I meant.

No longer shall I think of you as a Fop Lyle. Your choice in suits now tells me you are clearly a Dapper Dan man.

As for me, I'm afraid I'm neither. I have one suit which lives at my parents' house and only appears during funerals or job interviews, and hasn't been worn in three years, as I am not particularly fond of either of those things.

Well I never used to like wearing nice clothes...I was always the kid getting the dirtiest and tearing things up. But now since I am in the professional world(well actually since my days in college) I get to dress nicely each day so I am more used to it.

My whole view on life is that there is a reason simple things or the old fashioned style of doing things is so great. Take shaving for example, though many strides have been made in making shaving better, easier, more comfortable...but to this day nothing beats a straight razor shave. I know not many (if any) of us have the time or skill to do that, but I'm just saying that's the old fashioned way and it's still the best way (when done properly). The same view can be held for cocktails, food, comedy, movies, and in the case of my postings style of dress.

You forgot you need the suit to go to court as well.
