karmazin just said he made ONE request to the ref before the fight, he asked the ref to let them qwork on the inside, the ref clearly realized what karmazins gameplan was and realized how he could get the crowd to like him, he is a sham

Yeah that was disappointing. Oh well, Karmazin deserves a rematch but...to be honest they didn't clinch to much, and when they did it was in the later rounds which Karmazin won. But still, the ref was crap.

i think spinks clinched more when he was doing good, when he was hurt he just started running, he was out on his feet in the last few rounds

Im dissapointed that Karmazin didnt step it up up early, but will need to watch the fight myself before passing too much judgement....

i think round 12 could have been scored 10-8, due to the fact that spinks was clearly hurt BAD which was visible by his running, which almost lead to him falling over


at a certain point in that fight (like round 10) spinks had already gotten tired and karmazin was fresh and for like 45 seconds karmazin had MUCH better handspeed then spinks, then it sprt of leveled out, karmazin was a little quicker to the end but not dramatically, but spinks ran from that point on, and i know ive been toid countless times, especially reguarding the travestey that was wright taylor, that in order to win a belt you gotta take it from the champ, and you cant run

Yeah, Spinks kind of got slower before our eyes, I made note of that a few times but in the first round he was getting of 2 punches before Karmazin could get his hands from the side of his waist.

No way was there a 10-8 round that entire fight though.

Thank you, CC returned. He had plenty of oppurtunitys for the left hook to the body which is normally his biggest weapon. It wasn't there this fight, even during the points where he was winning.

I was impressed with Spinks for first 6 rounds,didn't think he will be aggressive but got tired and was fading from round 8 and IMO round 12 should of been scored 10-8 for Karmazin and fight should of been draw. I would like to see rematch with diffrent referee,this ref suck.

hes just old, and spinks is like 28, spinks speed was all thet kept him on his feet, and the ONLY reason he managed to outland karmazin in some rounds

most of the punches that moved karmazin back did NOT hit his face, they hit his chest and he backed off so he didnt get hit in the face...

but of corse the crowd sees that and is all like "DAAAMN SON, HE JUST LACED HIM"

not that the chest shots dont count, just that theyre not hurting him, as the crowd thinks

Give Spinks credit. He came off a 15 or so month layoff off of a knockout loss, and he moved up in weight to fight THE CHAMP of the 154 pound division. Give Spinks his credit! GIve him his credit because you picked him to lose too

Ok, it was impressive but 154 is split at the top. De La Hoya, Dzinziruk and Mosley would have something to say about you calling Karmazin THE ONE.

I don't thinl DLH is recognized as the champion in division he only holds a paper belt, people considered Kassim Ouma THE PERSON at 154 pounds and Karmazin beat him, so he's the best in the division. Who was recognized as the champ at 154? And Karmazin was THE ONE because he beat Ouma who was THE ONE before him ANd this isn't the matrix or Cory would have rocked shades

Just to show I don't run and hide. You were right sweetheart. I stand corrected. I never taught Spinks would look that good after being idle for so long. But he did. For the first half that is. Stamina is without a doubt a problem for him. Still, it was a good win for him
