Morales isn't the same, but all things considered this is a fantastic performance.

Yeah, that last round was great to watch, Shot and irrelevant as he may be, I can't cheer against one of my all-time favorite fighters.

Well, Morales has definitely proven me wrong. I thought he looked awful at first, but he's come alive in the last couple of rounds.

I doubt it. Maidana is one of those fighers like Hopkins who just seems impervious to discipline...

I said the same thing earlier, but this wouldn't even be competitive if there was a near-prime Morales in there. Maidana would be in the hospital by now.

Great showing for old Morales....but he aint reborn, its waring styles and war is what Morales can dig and do i.e soak up some shots too. thinks he's winning and its his to lose now
