From what i saw Lemiuex has no defence... This means he can't stay in there and take his time and if he can't hurt the oder guy he is gone... It's funny how the punchers go insane when they can't hurt someone.

Just watched this fight. Lemiuex is definately too easy to hit and looked terribly small in there. I say Rubio has a decent chin to take some of the shots he took. Lemiuex and his team also need to learn a little more patience. He'll bounce back, maybe he could have a shot at making LightMiddle??
I'm sure he looked to have a broken jaw in there. Good call for the stoppage for me, he was clearly going to take some punishment in there, and at 22, is just unecessary.

Yes Lemiuex was poor, head hunting and very predictable. Rubio is not world class and just handled him far too easily.

Losing to Rubio is one thing, losing to Ishida is quite another. A loss to Rubio can be chalked up just getting cocky and taking a fight that Lemieux wasn't ready for, a loss to Ishida is sorta damning.Originally Posted by Master
