Welcome!! I think this fight could go either way. I do question Ortiz's heart still, and if the going gets tough i'm not sure how he will respond. It should be a very competitive fight, too close to call for me.

Berto will get educated by Ortiz whether he wins or loses. Whenever he fights a boxer-puncher, his flaws always come to the surface. Berto is way too zealous in his offensive and leaves himself open and I see Victor exploiting that with his durability and counter punching. No doubt though, it's going to be anyone's game.
And welcome to Saddo, bro.

Both of these guys seem to be absolute destroyers...if you can't fight and elect to stand right in front of them and let them whale away at you. Neither shows much class, all straight lines and chins in the air, winging away. Berto/Collazo was just terrible.
That said, it should be a very exciting fight while it lasts.
If this is the top in the 147 division, Armando Muniz should make a comeback. He can't be much more than 63.
I actually think this is a great fight. Neither guy will get the plaudits should they win, but they deserve it. I fancy Berto to take it although he won't get the credit. Aside from Floyd & Manny, there aren't many opponents you could say are significantly better.
I hope Ortiz does a number on him, but it is a step up and might be too much of an ask. Ortiz is young and hasn't really found his niche, that niche might not be at the top though. I hope he does it in this fight though, I just worry about his heart. He quit FAR too easily against Maidana.
I was struck by how small Ortiz looks, even at 140.
