Is Mayweather Jr. really worth the PPV mega-bucks he gets for his "fights"?

Yes he's worth ppv megabucks. He's boring as hell but imho he plays good villain.

I think Mayweather can be somewhat boring to watch, but you have to respect the technical mastery. He is an exceptional talent and his resume though somewhat weak at 140 and above does have a lot of depth. If you are looking for blood and guts then Mayweather isn't for you, but he is a great fighter and I am usually at least curious to see his fights.

The market determines a fighters value and it seems that many do like to pay to watch him. Given the choice I probably would too providing the opponents are up to scratch. Now is Mayweather as exciting as someone like Pac, then obviously you would have to say no. But it's a totally different style and only a fool would dismiss the quality that Mayweather has.

I don't like the guy, but would like to see him fight 2 or 3 more big fights and none of that fighting guys out of their weight class or filler nonsense. Just a few quality fights for the fans.
