Lacy is way past it but still kicks this guys ass for me!

diaz will probably take a decision sadly, such a meaningless fight and the only thing that can possibly come from it is diaz coming closer to the end of his chin (i dont think lacy can KO him, but he hits way harder than anyone in mma, and u can only take so many punches before ur chin is eventually shot, at least when u just let people hit you)


diaz KOs lacy and it means nothing - lacy KOs diaz it does nothing for lacy and diaz loses no momentum in mma, a decision for either is just as meaningless

You mean to say the heavyweights the light heavyweights in MMA cannot hit harder than Jeff Lacy? Chuck Liddell, Cain velasquez, Brock Lesner, Shane Carwin, hell even welterweights like Paul Daley. There's hundreds of thousands of MMA fighters out there but not one of them can punch harder than Jeff Lacy?

daley wears mma gloves and wings wild ugly poorly thrown hooks, lacy at one point was a very dangerous puncher who know how to throw a left hook correctly, he may only have 1 round worth of trying left in him but that 1 round is WAY more than anything daley can do


on top of that velasquez doesnt even hit that hard, nogueira was a complete zombie by the time he fought velasquez and carwin doesnt even know how to throw a punch


if u wanna make a pointless argument at least mention a HW that can somewhat box, like if u said overeem or kharitanov but u seriously used carwin?

Okay your obviously slow so let me break it down for you.

A) You don't even know the weight limit for the MMA welterweight devision so to comment and say no one hits as hard as Jeff Lacy in it is ludicrous! In your words "lol".

C)Yes. I am seriously trying to tell you that Paul Daley has 'something' on Lacy as I've never seen Lacy hit someone so hard they face plant into the canvas nor have i heard of any of his opponents having to have surgery due to one of his punches (Dustin Hazlett).

D)When was this argument about how punches are thrown or who is the best boxer? It wasn't this is strictly about power so the pretty much shits all over your argument.

I personally have watched MMA since UFC 1. I have watched MMA wayyyy before it was the hip popular cool thing that it is now. I like MMA a good deal, but I love boxing. I have long trained at an MMA gym, I have a good deal of respect for mma fighters, but Nick Diaz is just not a quality 10 round professional boxer. He simply does not have the experience, the power, or the skill in boxing.

You for real Bilbo? On recent form what form has Diaz got he is not a boxer?? Lacy maybe shot to pieces but he is an ex world champ who is still only what 31/32? I would put the house on someone like Tony Dodson an average past it British top ten fighter to beat the shit out of Nick Diaz. Lacy will beat the shit out of him one million percent.

Dont get your panties in a bunch mate. But lets be serious...you really think that Overeem, Brock Lesnar, Junior Dos Santos, Cain Velazquez could hit harder than Wlad. Some of these guys couldnt get knock outs with 4 ounce gloves, Wlad gets them all the time with 8 ounces gloves. What the fuck does that tell you? The hardest puncher I just mentioned would probably be JDS and he couldnt even finish Roy Nelson in a fight that was mostly standing. What do you think Wlad would of done to Roy Nelson if he landed repeated punches with 4 ounce gloves? What your saying is like...Do you know every boxer in the world, they may have better ju jitsu or wrestling you just dont know. Well lets work on whats more likely, a guy whos sport is to punch and has an extremely high knockout record with it is probably going to be better at it then someone whos sport is to punch, kick, wrestle, grapple (ju jitsu).

Most MMA fighters dont even have a proper boxing stance, they have wider stance and are more square so they have a better chance of stopping a takedown. Even Dana White says that boxing is completely different. Next thing your going to tell me is that these guys could of hit harder than Mike Tyson in his prime.

Im not even anti MMA, I buy every PPV, Ive seen the UFC live...i like watching it, I am a MMA fan. But lets be real: boxings hardest puncher would punch harder than MMAs...boxers technique is way better than an MMA punchers.
