    It shouldn't be PBF because he retired after the Hatton fight but he would still be the linear champ at Welterweight. The Ring 147lb title is vacant and now that Floyd hasn't fought in a year he's been dropped from the ratings again so even if he and Manny fight I don't think it'll be the the World Welterweight Title.

    I say if Floyd doesn't fight again at the end of the year and if Pac fought and beat Ortiz then a new lineage should be seriously considered.
