Can you define what you mean by independent random test and who has already undergone this test? Can you enlighten me on this?

USADA are one such body. Independent simply means a body that has no alligence or connetction to any party envolved. Nevada state commision is independant from that point of view but doesn't take blood and is completely half arsed.

Floyd Mayweather and Shane Mosely have undergone and passed an independent olympic style test. You are now enlightened.

what this has to do with my previous post is beyond me. It also doesn't change the FACT that manny still has done nothing to clear his name.

Floyd and Shane had their last blood test taken 18 days before their fight. Manny had agreed to Mayweather's terms in the second negotiation which is up until 14 days before the fight. Would this drug test have been good enough for you?

There was no stipulation to 18 days before. Random means just that, it could be 1 day before it could be 20 days before. Neither shane or floyd knew the last test would be 18 days out.

Manny tried to stipulate no testing 14 days prior. Sorry son, that's not how it works and that is the behaviour of someone with something to hide. Random means random full stop.


Manny's name has been soiled. He has been accused. If there is no question mark over his head then why do these threads keep popping up and why is it still talked about in the press?

He's been given ample oppotunity to clear his name and never taken it.

The arguement starts and finnishes with Manny Pacquiao was offered a test and refused and then came up with rediculous excuses and even stipulations.

If he doesn't want to be labled a sterois cheat then he needs to stop acting like one.
