Good job man, I just got back from a future soldiers training session, if I keep going to these and manage to make it all 3 days a week I will no doubt be getting ripped too. Today we did 200 push-ups, 150 dips(bench dips), 1:30 of leg pushes then a minute then 30 secs...50 pull ups/chin ups a bunch of different ab workouts...I was about ready to collapse at the end...but it feels good to know your getting in shape at least.
