    Good reads gents

The world's foremost expert on performance enhancing drugs,UCLA professor and researcher Dr. Donald Catlin, has supported Mayweather's position. Dr. Catlin is, essentially, the man who busted BALCO.
You can stop using HGH for one day, just one day, and you can be clean in any test. They can use EPO one day and then it can be gone by noontime the next day. All the drugs are different, all have different windows (for detection). All we can do is to keep upping the ante, making the tests more random and stronger.

He also claims that Pacquiao has switched from using steroids, to now using a complex mixture of HGH (human growth hormone) and insulin, a combination that is virtually undetectable in post fight drug tests.

    HGH is now detectable.
I don't think that is correct. WADA CLAIMS to have a functioning test which they used at, among other places the Beijing Olympics. Last time I checked they had tested 5-10,000 athletes and had ONE positive test. Now either 1) My facts are wrong 2) Nobody is actually using HGH or 3) the test doesn't work.

    Pretty sure it is #3

Well maybe you are correct in that the testing is not 100% bulletproof with the numbers getting caught but the tests are now advertising that they are testing for HGH.

NONE of the testing is remotely bulletproof. Any test that catches one in a thousand should be ridiculed. Of course what WADA is trying to do, since they can't catch people very often, is to dissuade by announcing they are now "testing" for new things.

Like Political Parties cant everyone just come together for the interest of the sport or does someone have an agenda by making any advanced testing from becoming enforced? Not accusing anyone of anything but why not want to have advanced tests? If it were Manny asking Floyd this would be no issue. Floyd aside....... Doesn't anyone want to clean the sport up? Or is it to much work and money or is it a bunch of people looking the other way?

The need to clean boxing up from the top to the bottom. Intensive testing should certainly be compulsory for all world title fights.

It is borderline criminal that boxing doesn't have a more rigourous testing procedure.
