Pryor was an animal but Duran was pure evil back then. Duran by stoppage. That little standin in the middle of the ring thing and pointin would just made Duran laugh. People tend to overlook that Arguello was gettin a little older and comin up in weight when Pryor beat him. I dunno why they never fought, cus I too would have loved to seen it. Even after 79, why couldn't Pryor have come up to 147 and met Duran at welterweight?

I dunno. Duran was always mad. But no he wouldn't keep his fightin distance and taunt Duran and refuse to fight him like Leonard did the second time. Leonard would also beat Pryor IMO, despite the sparring stories. If you believe all sparrin stories, then Kid Diamond beat Floyd Maywhether's ass, bloodied his nose and made him quit. As well as dropping Cory Spinks.

Well amatuers can be differnt. Remember that Shane Mosley beat Oscar in the amatuers and Vernon beat Shane. But then again Abduallev and Kelson Pinto beat Cotto in the amatuers and both were KO'd.
