Every top level boxer should undergo rigorous testing including the testing of blood. Boxing is in the dark ages in this regard. Manny should lead by example and the commisions should be revising their testing strategies right now. There is no good reason for this not to happen.

They had hearing about it. And NSAC is on Manny's side.

Why would NSAC admit their testing is inadequet?

If they did and made blood testing compulsory in that state all the mega fights would go elsewhere to avoid testing and Las Vegas would loose a rediculous amount of revenue. Of course they're going to side with their cash cow. It's a no brainer.

It would look bad for the sport if all the boxers participating started failing tests especially if their cash cow was one of them.

Take the Pacquiao tinted glasses off for two seconds and look at the bigger picture of why they came to the conclusion they did.
