The disgreement is not whether there should be a drug test but that it's Manny's fault that there isn't one.

But with what happened in the second negotiation, it appeared that it was just an excuse by Floyd to avoid Manny in which case I still put half the blame with Manny in that first negotiation. He should have called Floyd's bluff.
