What I am saying is that if a tennis player can keep going a long time then it is more similar to boxing than golf or being a jockey because it is a very physical sport. Anybody can ride a horse when they are 45.
I agree that you basically never see a top 10 tennis player in their 40's, but in boxing it does happen. I guess it's because you pick up smarts and a fight is only 12 rounds. You can buy time in clinches and have a walk about and what have you. 36 minutes probably isn't that long when you are only really working for half that time. In tennis you have to play every point till its end and five setters take their toll. Plus you play week in week out. Boxers tend to recharge and only fight when they want to.
