The potential might be there for Briggs the same way it was there for Tyson, Bowe and Douglas but it was never fully realized because the fighters lost that determination to train at the top level......and unless briggs comes into the ring at around 235-245 we will know that he didn't train up to his potential and an opportunity will have been lost.....
