This doesn't sound real, Arum and DeLahoya get along about like cats and dogs, and unless Oscar is more screwed up in the head from drugs then I think he is, I doubt that he's going to write Arum this kind of a letter.. I could be wrong but I believe this is a hoax.

It is genuine. I've followed him for about a year and his tweets are always bizarre. Many people thought he had some issues by some of the random, late night things he used to post. And pictures of himself lying in bed under his duvet.
