It's odd that (the six pack over flab) because I always thought you couldn't see a six pack unless you had under a certain percentage of body fat?

I think Bruno had a natural low body fat and as has been mentioned he loved the gym.

Yup very true. A 6 pack can be an unhealthy thing to have. People never seem to realise that the more defined the abs the more weight drained a fighter actually is. Chris Arreola doesn't have to worry about that anytime soon.
