Man, I said hit it on the bridge of your nose, you know like the exterior. Not shove it up there! Man, you're making me doubt you now Triple B. If you can't deal with simple conditioning instructions, how are you going to cope with listening to what your cornerman is telling you?
You were telling him to slap his nose with plastic spoons? I don't know who's more eccentric. The man in the coffee shop shoving the spoons up his nose or the man telling him to get a spoon and hit himself on the nose with it. What happened to just using the spoon to stir the coffee?

It's a well-known conditioning technique. All the greats have done it. Many also do it on the chins. Just imagine how good Mayweather could have been if he'd spent years banging spoons on his nose & chin rather than learning all that silly little stuff like parrying & slipping. And yet he gets into the Hall of Fame while Brocktonblockbust sits in Starbucks with a plastic spoon up his nose. The world just isn't fair.

miles is omewhat right there, but yu guys have it all wrong you know---I DID follow the instructions, tablespoon-sized spoons will NOT enter the nostril, so had to use teaspoons. Actually teaSPOON because I never got around to the 2nd spoon as the left nostril started bleeding a bit.

Yeah, but you don't stick it up the nostril, just bang it on the bridge of the nose. I've heard that Sugar Ray Leonard did this so that he would be able to take punches off Hearns & outlast him. C'mon Triple B, do you want to be a CHAMPION?

Also with being 185 pounds and lifting weights, you really need to lose a bit of that bulk, BBB. You are just too big and strong right now, so no way will a WW get in the ring with you. They would likely be scared to death by your girth. Stop eating that galbi and stick to the rice.

the rice is bloating me like an irridium zeppelin. I'm thinking of going on the beer diet, which works well for breakfast and zooms you past midday (though you may be clawing a bit) to the 4 pm gong which signals some sort of crumpets and butter break. After that the only thing you have to worry about is dinner, and that shouldn't be much of a mystery.

getting back to business, what weight is this zombie coming in at/tipping the scales at? and is that before or AFTER he downs his last sushi-roll I'll call it as they ripped the Japanese off and then called it gimbap.

finally, i get to watch the handwraps. if he thinks he can paste-up his knuckles or apply any hardening substances to them, he's out of his mind. If he wants he can come in on steroids the little fucking weasel. No help shall he procure from that futile filthiness, as he will see after the opening bell.

Hey Brock, respecting-the-elder is a big thing with Koreans and you're almost old enough to be my father so I got to think twice about beating you up but if you desperately want it, you can get it. In the boxing ring or in an underground fight, i can set it up...

It would have to be sparring as you both need to know how you shape up against one another. Nobody wants anyone to get hurt. You say you are coming over this year so why not organise something? A bit of sparring? I could possibly even come along and watch and take notes for the Saddo crowd.

Sounds good. We can also do a HBO style Face-Off for the Saddo members and you can be our Max Kellerman. The interview can be set up at a high class hostess bar that's run by my big brother.

Totally, me too. I would have it no other way as a respectable Englishman. If it could be all managed without anything dodgy, then I am all for it. I am no fighter myself, but this could be a might moment in recording Saddoboxing fight history. A documented session between two known posters. It would be very impressive.

The mix of boxing and the whole deal being set up in a hostess bar....comedy gold!
