Bilbo, you are falling behind in the posts race like never before!

He will never read this post, he never seems to read this board anymore. Too busy trying to lose enough weight to disappear. Eat a pie dammit!

I agree with Miles, Pac has taken it too far. I don't know why he didn't just take the test and the fight would have been over and done with by now and Mayweather would still be unbeaten.

Testing is not the only issue for Floyd. There's also glove size and pur$e, which he would still bitch about after they agreed on the drug testing part.

Floyd is doing his best to avoid Pac. Just like what he did to Cotto and Margarito.

Didn't Floyd agreed to the whole 50/50 and every other demands Pac made? Floyd made just one single demand and look what happened.

So you think that Floyd gave in to the 50/50 when that should really be the appropriate split between the two. And you think he gave in to the glove size (8 oz) that Manny requested. Do you know that those were the same glove size that Mayweather used in his previous fight with Marquez?

If someone accuses somebody of something it's up to the accuser to prove it and not up to the accused.

If Mayweathers accusations go unchecked, then it will go on and on. It just happens that they did it to someone who has the financial resources to go on with a lawsuit. I hope this teaches all of those people involve a lesson.

Anyway, Manny already agreed to the drug test but wasn't given the opportunity to prove he's clean because the accuser did not want to fight.

    So they say.

When the negotiations were very public he point blank refused and that to this day leaves me doubting Pac has not cheated. I hope not as he is a great fighter and should the Floyd fight get chance to happen again after both mens next fights (although I think Pac could well lose to a man who has already shown he has his number a bit) I hope he takes the test and proves he is clean.

Manny refused what Floyd WANTED, not the drug test itself. But that's already under the rug. Let's see what happens in a 3rd negotiation, if there will be one?

    Not in the UK.

If this had happened in England it would be down to Manny to prove hes not taking steroids and hasnt.

I heard a late night radio programme while fishing once, where it was on about American pharmacutical companies refusing to advertise in British health magazines because of the claims they make and the lawsuits that could follow.

But it didnt happen in America. Nothing will come of this lawsuit. Floyd asked Manny to take a test, Manny refused and Floyd said he wouldnt fight him until he does. Manny should be suing Arum for allowing him to look like a twat

Not in the UK. But they are not fighting in the UK.

If this had happened in England it would be down to Manny to prove hes not taking steroids and hasnt. It's in US soil, so the burden of proof is up to the accuser.

What are spewing here completely different situations? Most likely the medical stuff your are referring to is those stupid get rich fat pills from the infomercial products. Those products get shut down in the US but it takes time because of due process.
