Question: If in a fight, one fighter starts getting a lot of swelling in an eye, and quite early on at that, should we believe that if the same two fighters fight, and the one hits the other just as hard as he did the first time, then there is a high chance we will see the same kind of swelling again? I wonder which set of boxing matches and rematches from history we can use to gauge this, if this is even an intelligent way of trying to do so.
