The only question after that is are the current tests up to standard with the rest of world sport governing bodies. Unfortunately whether they are or not can't confirm one way or another whether someone is using performance enhacing drugs. Pac is as incapable of proving anything legitimately as floyd is.

I dont think Pac is taking anything, but I think he is perfectually natural around the weight he's fighting at so the results he has obtained aren't that suprising.

I am in no way a Pacman fan but the fact that people claim he fights over the hill shot fighters, in house fighters, fixed fights and fights with peds at the same time is all a little too much. One or two of the above is satisfactory
Proof as to weather or not Pacquiao has used "Banned Substances" is done every time he fights and has even been ordered during non-competitions times by NSAC. There is nothing wrong with the current tests. They do exactly what they are designed to do. Nothing else matters because other substances are not on the banned lists. If you're to attack the testing Boxing does you have to be specific about who "the people who create drugs" and "the testers" are. Otherwise your comments mean nothing other than babble.

The actual question being asked is should Pacquiao be held up to a take multiple tests no other fighter takes in order to prove he doesn't take PED's? Floyd says Manny won't take the tests, which Manny claims is a lie and has taken Floyd to court because of it. Now Floyd won't show up to prove his word is not Bull Shit.
