haha... its nothing special... just a stretch for that area... if I've been throwing stupid shots on the bag I'd get it.

Think I developed it from over use at work... had to lift all of these slate flag stones out of the floor (will 'lever... I'm not heman ) some of them were like 5 foot by 5 foot... only way to do it was to get your pick axe under them... prize it up... get your boot under and then squat it uprtight taking the weight on your forearms.
