If Wlad wins, at least boxing fans and every other heavyweight know there is ONE WORLD CHAMPION to beat.

If haye wins we may well get haye v vitali and another big build up and another big fight, and if wlad wins we will have to wait till the klits retire before we get any more HW fun

If Haye wins, there is no fight with Vitali (who is fighting Adamek in fall). Fact
If Haye wins we will never know who was the true champion at the time, he or Vitali. Fact
