Devon Alexander v Lucas Matthysse - thoughts?

For the people who think Lucas Matthysse will win, will you explain your reasons? To me, other than Matthysse's punching power, Devon is superior in pretty much every single category: foot speed, defense, movement, hand speed, balance, coordination, combination punching, ring generalship. Plus the fight is in Alexander's hometown. The deck is stacked against Matthysse. People are down on Alexander because he essentially quit against Bradley and I think they are underrating him because of it.

I don't see how Matthysse wins unless he catches Alexander. Devon plays it safe and moves around all night and he wins on the cards or he catches Matthysse coming in and knocks him out. Why am I totally off here?

Its a bit of a pick em but you could say the same about Judah compared to Matthysse and I watched that and I thought Matthysse easily won that on points despite not getting the verdict.

To me, the win (er loss) over Zab was overrated. At this stage, Devon is much better than Zab and he barely scraped by against Zab.

alexander showed great heart and tried hard to box, but it wasnt enough. he was pitter patter compared to matthyesses power!
he was hit very hard and often by the argentine. there is no way devon alexander won that fight, and only a fucking retard would think he did~!!
ROBBERY is the word of the day, and something that needs to be looked into, because it makes me sick seeing these great foreign fighters getting ripped off when they performed excellent and won the fight! maidana, matthyess, kotelnik or whatever his name is!

Devon could have at least admitted that Mathysse was the better fighter tonight, embarassing judging from the local judges. the good thing that happened tonight was the affirmation that Lucas is indeed the beast in the division with a better skill set than Maidana.
