Where Judah gets his wires crossed is when he talks like this he forgets to drop the charade come fight time. He loses focus and continues the delusion inside the ring, only once did i see Ali lose focus and take the pre fight BS into the ring and that was in Frazier fight 1. It cost him. Judah is no Ali, but he still has all the talent you could wish for from a boxer and he has one of the best uppercuts in the business if he just concentrated on using the bloody thing!! Khan is no Tsyzu and Judah has a real chance in this fight if he just put his mind to it, we have all seen Khan fold like a cheap suit so the opportunity is there for Zab Judah one last time, if he loses this then it's retirement or journeyman status forever more. He can talk all the pre fight BS he wants, but come fight time he must get on with the business, he has been given more chances than any other boxer in memory.

Zab is a delusional douche? Tell me something I don't already know.![]()

I see nothing wrong with what he has said here. The Matthyse fight was a very close one though.

Listen, I'll eat crow if I'm wrong, but I like Devon over Lucas and Khan over Judah. People are overrating Judah since his recent come-back. What he's doing here is selling a fight that shouldn't be very close. As a result, Matthysse is being overrated too. Judah isn't on the top level at 140. Alexander, Bradley, Khan, Maidana beat him. Matthysse isn't there either for that matter. Both have punchers chances against their opponents, but I like Devon and Khan. Maybe Devon in dramatic victory.

seeing how the older (boxingwise), slower, and smaller Morales gave Maidana hell, i wouldn't be shocked if Judah with even better speed and movement did the same, and given that Morales hurt Maidana on numerous occasions i wouldn't be shocked if the harder hitting Judah sparked him with one of those killer uppercuts, factor in that he's a lefty and IMO it's safe to say Judah has every chance in beating Maidana, if anything people are slamming Judah as of late instead of giving him a fair shot, i'm no fan but the guy has rebuilt himself and is finally getting fights that he has earned instead of just being handed title shots or big name fights
So in selling his next fight you expect him to say that he robbed his last opponent and that khan will beat him?![]()
Agree with you guys.
Judah embarassed himself once again in that fight and faded big time down the stretch.
Reminded me a lot of the Baldomir and Pineada fights.
Not quite as bad though.
Rafeal Pineada got robbed against Judah in my opinion.
Matthysse did not. But, he did impress a lot of people and got himself a fight tonight against Devon Alexander.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

He better bring a spare endswell, in case the first one gets stolen again (see Cotto Fight). His eyes should be swelling closed after the 5 round. Just more self Hyping talk. Once the fight starts we'll get the same Zab, that will start fast, then he's too talented to work so hard and slow down; eventually getting picked apart and has to dodge punches from his corner while his father screams bullshit bullshit bullshit BANG BANG POW BOOYAH or whatever. Only maybe this time sweat pea will be back there slipping the punches. This is like 3rd or 4th reincarnation we've seen of this kid's self destruction.
An early home run punch is what he's hoping for. (I used to be a Judah fan and am not particularly fond of Khan's methods or personality) but i'm not falling for this pitch again. Its a shame that shower door got to him before Mosely did a few years back. Think of all the nonsense we could have been spared.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

Judah is a cool cat, was sound as hell when he was in Cardiff for the WBC night of champions. One of the nicest guys in the boxing circle I have met.
I am planning on betting everything on him sparking kahn.
