Very true. Boxing was buzzing around the excitement of a potential Pac vs PBF fight not so long ago but it really has falling back again. There was alot of excitement in London around the DeGale vs Groves fight but it was not world class boxing as it should (and used) to be.

Over the 10 days I've suddenly found myself really getting behind Haye. We were all in the gym talking to his brother after my last training session before leaving for the US & I now just desperately want him to win. The Lyle factor also plays into it, but less than it did.
Still, as much as I want Haye to win & I do think he has a shot because I think he has got in Wlad's head a little bit, I think Wlad is a pretty special fighter & will prove just too big & too good for Crank. Wlad is an astonishing athlete & has become a fantastically disciplined boxer & while Haye is imo a more gifted athlete, he hasn't got the same discipline to his boxing, even if he is the tougher fucker.
I was actually surprised how many mentions this was getting in the states, considering that it features a Brit no one has ever heard of & a 'Russian' who no one can tell apart from his brother. I really think that if there were ever two fighters worthy of a 24/7, it's these guys.

Haye by 3 round KO. Speed and power are too much for Wlad. Who doesn't seem to love boxing anymore.
