I haven't posted on here for literally years! (used to go by the name of Fatmatt)
I find this fight pretty difficult to call to be honest.
We know all there is to know about Wlad, but Haye has never faced a truly credible opponent at heavyweight and we just don't know how good he is, which makes it kind of interesting.
Haye is clearly the more adventurous with more movement and better handspeed etc, but I have a feeling Wlad is just too big and hits too hard for Haye to cope with. If Haye tries to use the same tactics he used against Valuev it won't work because Wlad is a whole lot quicker and more mobile than Valuev. If Haye tries that I can see Wlad catching him as he comes in - especially if he jumps in with those lunging hooks.
Having said all that, Wlad doesn't seem to cope too well under pressure. If Haye can set a fast pace and really get at Wlad early on I can see him falling apart.
For me the outcome of the fight depends on the tactics Haye uses. If he goes for it and takes the fight to Wlad at a fast pace and gets inside he has a chance of knocking him out. If he stays on the outside I think he will get knocked out.
For all his talk, I see Haye trying to be elusive and staying on the outside, so I'm going for a Wlad knockout in the middle to late rounds or a fairly comfortable points victory.
