You need to look up the definitions of "Magnificent" "Effort" and "Fact"
Haye fans are so damn delusional. Their fighter didn't fight magnificent. There was one time during the fight that Haye landed a decent right hand, and Haye didn't throw another shot for 45 seconds. He just kept moving. Merchant sat there and said something like, "he throws a right hand and follows up with..... nothing."

Wlad has a long jab. Haye tried to stay out of range of the jab.

Why is it that the best HWs to face Wlad have basically done anything to stay away? Chagaev, Ibragimov, and Haye, all 3 fought to stay away and not get hit.

I think the answer is pretty simple. These guys don't want to be removed from their senses.

I loved Haye's rabbit punches. At the end of a couple of rounds he tried to hit Wlad in the back of the head as the round was ending. He got aggressive because the round was over and he wasn't going to get hit back.

What happened to the Herculean power of the haymaker...and is Wlads chin still made of sugar glass ? I mean, at least Davyrrill Williamson dropped Wlad...gheesh

Honestly. I thought Haye fought to survive in the 2nd half. He literally looked a bit squeamish coming to the ring and honestly when I saw Wlad walking in with alot of pressure and little jab and offense the 1st few rounds I expected Haye to unleash hell and expected Wlad to get dropped ugly at least once. He never formulated an attack, at all. He was right in his face and Haye just looked for sucker shots...he fought cheap.

When you talk THAT much bs and thump your chest that constantly you must back it up and not be merely content to say "Well I went the distance....AND I did it with a crooked toe I nicked on the end of me sofa last week"

Haye could have turned up the heat at some point in the fight!!!!!!

He is a bit awkward and he doesn't throw alot of shots, but at some points in the fight you have to up the action. You have to throw more punches!!!!!

Moving around the ring being hard to hit is a good strategy. But only when you return fire and do some damage.

before the fight when all the guys from each entourage are in the ring. You can see Haye walking around and Vitali looks at him. You can see Vitali thinking, "I'd really like to hit him."

I don't doubt the story that Haye was tackled in the parking lott and forced back in. Which was the reason for the delay prior to his ring walk
