My gut says it should be Haye - He did even more trash talking and lost clearly, whereas I feel Degale won by a round. But for some reason I going to go with Degale. I think he is just more of a comedy fool in general.
PLUS, he made it a lot worse in the fool-stakes when he lept up when they announced 'and still undefeated...' thinking that it was him and then quickly pulled his arms back down when he realised he was thick, then actually nearly doing it again when they said 'and now British AND Commenwealth champion'. Oh the shame.

As I said elsewhere, I felt Groves used exactly the same tactics that Haye is now being vilified for, yet was strangely praised to high heaven. DeGale is far more amusing than Haye with his 'fright buture', but nothing in his performance was really amusing, I also had DeGale winning. I felt personally that was a far worse fight than what we got on Saturday.
Haye probably looks the bigger fool because of 'toe-gate', so I'd have to say him. But, the clear option that everyone should go for is Miles, because he's a cunt.

In bold is a damn good point Smirkin.
To be honest I didn't think, and still don't think, that Groves tactics were right. Even though he got the decision. Clearly then I also think that Haye had the wrong tactics. But strangely I think that it was more wrong for Groves to adopt those tactics than it was for Haye.

Degale vs Groves was an even fight in my mind. Wlad won rounds 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, pretty clearly. I'd argue he won round 4 as well.

Haye lost to an excellent established champion , DeGay lost to a fellow novice, so DeGay is the bigger fool.
Lets face it even Pool Boy's are confident they can take DeGay now.
i dont think either looked fools
haye breathed life into the hw division even if it was all on false hope, until wlad and vitali retire we wont get that again. people were actually looking forward to watching a hw title fight. he fought in germany under the champions terms against a giant (and with a sore toe), ok he came up short in the fight but he deserves a clap
Degale contributed very heavily to a fight that everyone was looking forward to, he fought well and deserved to lose but i dont think there was any shame in the lose, he lost to a good fighter with a great gameplan
yes both looked a bit daft at the end (haye and his toe and degale celebrating after the text and the still undefeated comment) but with all that adrenaline after just taken part in the biggest fights of their life infront of the tv cameras being watched by millions of people i'd like to see how many of you would keep a cool head and say or do something respectable
Officially the only saddo who has had a girlfriend

De gale.
He went into the fight the favourite and was expected to win.
Haye was never the favourite and MOST said he had no chance anyway.
Degale because no one really gave haye a chance![]()

De Gale because he talked the talk and didnt walk the walk against a man the same size with the same experiance and didnt man up and congratulate Groves, just sulked off like a spoilt brat. I still think De Gale will have a better resume than Groves at the end of thier careers though.
Haye I can forgive as anyone who was fooled by the trash talk must be a little bit simple in the head, I will still support him if he carries on, he makes me laugh, proved he has a chin, just needs to fight more, learn more and not fight the Clits and he will do nicely, just think he will walk away with about 4million pounds after all his fees paid to trainers tax man etc, whos the mug.
