I actually find Online fights to be a little too cheesy. Too many exploits and spam tactics for me. I much prefer the 'sim' feel of a fine-tuned AI

I did Story mode 1st then Legacy mode then a lil bit of OWC.

'Fight Now' has always been my main stay though...

Also, explore the download boxer/ boxershare(internet version) features to expand your roster. I currently have over 120 action figures boxers
