Yeah, my bad for expecting at least an exciting finish from this, what a load of shit of a fight. I guess it's been so long since there has been a remotely entertaining HW title fight.....................I expected too much and bought into the hype. Well next a good PPV comes on, I'll be watching with you d-bags on here again instead of real life friends. Can't blame Haye for the hustle, everyone wants that dollar, and he wouldn't get anymore facing anyone else.
Killer, it's obvious your real life buds (forgive them, 'cause they know not what they do) aren't hardcore boxing scumbags like your buds here.
It's too bad they couldn't have seen a better example of boxing, but from the sounds of it they aren't likely to ever be boxing fans anyway.

cheers
They're casual boxing fans (or at least they were at some point). They aren't looking for the sweet science as much as a purely entertaining fight. Personally, I try to get whomever I can to watch more boxing, because that is something the sport needs is more viewership stateside. This fight didn't help my case, in fact it hurt it.
Big fights rarely live up to the hype, this fight was hyped to the max, mainly by Haye. A bunch of us were saying before the fight, that this could end up being somewhat of a disappointment if it went the 12 round distance and didn't end with a KO. None of my real life friends are boxing fans, but there is a big interest in boxing all over the U.S., I know this because the only reason some guys have HBO and Showtime is to watch boxing.
