It's hilarious how few non partisan posts have been made about this fight. It sucked, both fighters could have done a lot more, but Haye ultimately has to bear the onus for this as he fell way behind and didn't really do anything proactive to try and turn it around. There isn't much more to talk about, but I guess that's what really has people sour over this, no prospects in the division

The problem with heavyweights is the problem with all of boxing. Fighters are increasingly wary of actually testing themselves. Everyone wants to keep their 0's they don't want a challenge and that has significantly stunted the heavyweight division. There's a difference between guiding a fighter to a title and "protecting" a fighter...Robert Helenius is being guided, Alexander Povetkin was being guided and is now being protected, Nicolay Valuev has ALWAYS been protected. This is why guys like Monte Barrett and Ray Austin can get bigger fights, they are WILLING to risk losing in order to advance their careers.

Just my 2 cents, but I'm sure some smart ass will reply about how I'm always posting about the heavyweights or the Klitschko's like I should only ever mention either brother on the days of their fights and not before or after.

To be as big and powerful as he is, it's almost comical to see how timid Wlad can sometimes be in the ring. My guess is he's cautious like that for a reason = Sanders, Purity, Brewster.

    Perhaps Wlady gets flashbacks:
