I'd put Akinwande above Hide. He lasted 5 with Lewis, I doubt Herbie would get out of round 1.
Its also a toss up whether Bruno was better that Henry. I could see Bruno stopping him but I can also see Akinwande pinning Bruno on the end of that jab all night.

Bruno is clearly the best of that lot.
If he was in his prime now he'd be world champ imo.
Look at the guys he lost to, Witherspoon, Bonecrusher Smith, Tyson, Lewis. No fighters of that caliber even around any more.

I agree. I think Bruno had tonnes of limitation, but also tonnes of talent and awesome power. He would be 3rd only to the Klits if around now imo. Before his inability in all these fights to cover up after getting caught, he was way ahead against Bonecrusher, clearly ahead against Lewis, very close against Witherspoon (won't mention Tyson)

Tim Witherspoon was out of shape to be fair, it was hardly the Tim Witherspoon who fought Larry Holmes. But Frank Bruno still did do well, as he did in every single one of his losses except as you said against Mike Tyson.
But sadly he had no survival instincts and suspect stamina, that let him down big time.
