Sonnen has low testosterone levels, he uses testosterone replacement therapy to get his levels back up to normal. He has for years, he came in at acceptable levels on all but one occasion. As long he's in normal ranges, he's fine. Hendo has also used TRT since 2007 (the first fighter to get a therapeutic use exemption), Couture does as well, it's a treatment for a legit medical condition. This is no different than Velasquez fixing his torn rotator cuff.
