^^ So you likely know a GREAT deal more than me; however my last input is that over long distance i tend to 'shuffle' rather than heel-toe action, which I *think* makes the toes push into the front of the shoe... LOL .. Could be anything I guess, but you shouldn't have to suffer with that...

, keep the toenails trimmed, wear good shoes that fit, after every run wash them in surgical spirits, then talcam powder the feet. Also before running put Olbas oil on the feet stops inflamation
