I can see why carl is the underdog in many peoples eyes, but Froch has the ability to adapt to different fighting styles and I think that what will make this interesting. Both men offer a lot to the table in terms of their styles and I think it's going to be a case of who wants it more. Both man have the potential to win the fight, just hope Froch can win this and fight Kessler again.
To be honest. I can't see Froch winning a round, let alone the fight. I can see and 120-108 scorecard for all three judges scorecards. It's gonna be a total and utter shut out for ward.

Ward is slick but froch has the power and work rate to trouble any one, i think frochs underated and doesnt get the credit he deserves, frochs been in with tough top class fighters for his last 6 or so fights now and only kesslers beat him which was close decsion, i think froch has a genuine chance of winning this fight! and will giv a really good account of himself even if he does get beat

If the Froch who fought Johnson shows up he will find it very tough. I thought Froch clearly beat Johnson but he did not look that good.

right now i'm thinking Ward UD but plenty of time to think about the fight in depth and change my mind. Froch needs to be in the mindset that he needs to lay it all on the line and rip the titles from ward. He aint going to win a boxing match, the way he carries his arms and still hasn't been knocked out amazes me. People have been criticizing him for it since his early pro days so he isn't going to change it anytime soon.

Would love to see Froch get the victory. I love how he has no problem travelling and hasn't waited until the end of his career to go for the big names, his intentions have been known since before he was British champ, he's tough as nails, loves a fight and is cocky - great combination!

Fight could be on cybertron for all it matters. Love carl, but ward will have no problems boxing him if not fighting him and if that don't work mauling him.

Seriously though, froch isn't dumb like Abraham and Allen green or bika as ward can't smother froch as froch will keep away and out range ward

I agree. It will be a closer fight than the Abraham was or the Green fight. I actually thought the Bika fight was competitive for a bit. Ward just has more in his repertoire than Froch and for the first time for Froch, he's facing someone with the desire that matches his. Would I be shocked if Froch eeked out a close decision by having the stronger punches and maybe staggering Ward a few times? No. To me, it's just more likely Ward takes it like 8-4/9-3. How happy is Fenster that the S6 is finally finishing?

Ward will win but if Froch wins this then this victory would be up there with Honeyghan v Curry.

Dunno about that mate. Curry was arguably p4p number 1 when Honeyghan beat him.

I said up there, Ward is under rated he is a very skilled fighter but if Froch pulls this one he is made, he can write his own cheques fighting Bute and Hopkins.

Yeah Ward is skilled , but i think he is overrated imo , good boxing skills , good inside , throws good combos , but lacks power , and is terrible with his head , just look at Kessler after there fight , that damage wasnt all done by punches, and that is his best win against a name fighter by a long way . I just sometimes get bored watching him , ward is far from exciting , but i cant knock the guy too much he has proved he deserves to be where he is by beating everyone he has faced .Ido like Froch not just because im british , but he actually wants to fight the best and he has a unbelivable will to win which i admire greatly , just hopes he fights at distance like he did against Abraham behind his long jab and then unload power rights, this is a tough one to call for me , but am edging towards Froch on points only because he doesnt need to wory about Wards power .Just hope its a great fight .
