.yes, abs are to be conditioned and hard for in the world of boxing they are like armor and stronger core etc). i know this Im just tryin to look for suggestions I have a six pack sadly you cant tell because it looks like a 4 packbut i can feel my third row and its starting to become visible now so im happy of my progress,
I just want an ab routine thats not boring you know just something like im gonna do this exercise once im done with that BAM I hit a different exercise etc.) something that will keep things interesting.
