Shots to the hips, even to the butt when the ref is on the other side when the fighters are in tight, forearms that mysteriously rise to the throat to get room, following a right hand with a right elbow for a second shot, grinding the chin or head into a shoulder, spinning a guy and hitting him, palming an injury and on and on it goes.

That kind of stuff to me is gamesmanship and I actually think it is part of the art.
