Game of Thrones (spoilers)

Are there any spoilers about books 2-5 in this thread? I've been avoiding it because I want to be surprised.

Aside from Ouma's hints, I don't think there's any spoilers from 2-5....................yet.

A few things I said may have been indirect hints so I might go back and delete them. I haven't read book 5. Not even started it although I did go out and buy it.

Dear God Bilbo I don't think of myself as a heavy handed mod but that's about the most over the top spoiler I've ever seen. It wasn't even totally accurate but it was close enough. For the sake of people like Killer who are reading the book I've just deleted that. Its one of the bigger spoilers in the entire series.

I've deleted a couple of things I said earlier in the thread which were unintentional hints about which characters haven't been killed off. Pretty spoiler free now going forward.

Which spoiler was slightly wrong? The deaths of Catelyn and Robb Stark or the horrendous fate that befells poor Jon Snow?

Alright trucking right along, finished Game of Thrones, and I'm about 150 pages into Clash of Kings. I noticed they took a few chapters from Clash of Kings and put them in the Game of Thrones mini-series. I feel they could have left out those things and instead spent more time on the battles, although I'm sure that would have been a much more expensive way to go.
