Well he's only fought a dozen times, so he's pretty far from the top at this point. I thought he lost the rematch with Campillo, the best guy he's faced. I'll say this though, you fight Beibut? You'd better be in shape and ready to go all night.
I wasn't very clear. Shumenov has a belt (whatever that means), he is in the top ten and he is being mentioned more often in the light heavyweight discussion. The thing about his style I was commenting on was, in the fights I have watched, he is so aggressive he is almost disrespectful to his opponents. He just kind of lets his hands go and marches in, hands low, no head movement, firing right after left. I don't think that style will hold up against better competition. I have been impressed with Sillakh so far.
