That was actually a damn good fight, you can't say Ricky didn't give it his all. Give Senchenko credit, he was in a tough environment, hung in there, and came out a winner.

Let's hope Ricky has the wisdom to call it quits.

Yeah, I wouldn't really know. I know they hurt from the odd sparring session way back when, but that's not exactly the same thing .

Hatton stopped to the body? Surprising.

I will need to watch the fight properly, but seemingly after a bright start this was a Hatton who appeared to be fading.

I don't get why he took on a tough opponent. Just to get a win and shake off rust. And now he is heartbroken. Seems a bit odd.

hatton was winning the fight and could have been sure of a hometown decision in a close fight. he didn't need to be swinging wildly trying for a knock out. he could have coasted to a decision win from the 6th on.

he even just said he thought he was 4 rounds up!

If he was coasting to a decision then he wouldn't be Ricky Hatton. As for home town decisions basically fuck off.

With all due respect you are a young man who has not fought at that level. A younger Hatton would gave got Senchenko out earlier.

Rickys style is always like that. If he does decide to have another fight everyone is licking there lips.

A body punch ko to a body punching king by a feather puncher?

If thats not a clue to retire then i dont know what is!

Rickys diet is absoloutly dreadful and always has been. He was never the same after mayweather.

Ricky seems like such a great guy. He should fight an easier fight next time and say goodbye on a win..ricky will not hang his gloves up on a loss.

Ricky needs to leave it behind and start a new life with that gorgeous gal already. No need to become an opponent and hang onto scraps thinking he has to prove something to himself, or the fans. Head up...call it a day man.
